- We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unassembled or unused, and in its original packaging. And the logistics label on the outer box is also needed.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or sent the wrong product, we will immediately initiate the reshipment or refund process for you. We are responsible for the return shipping cost, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping cost. We will provide an electronic version of the return label. You just print and affix it to the outer packaging for return.
- Suppose the return is for customers' personal reasons (Except Customized Items). In that case, the buyer is responsible for the returning shipping feed based on your chosen express company, and no return label is provided.
