We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unassembled or unused, and in its original packaging. And the logistics label on the outer box is also needed.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check the status of your shipment in time after the reception. If the product is defective, damaged, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and attach a photo (The photo should clearly show the label on the box and the tracking number label) or a video so that we can quickly evaluate the problem and correct it.
1. If the products are defective, damaged, or wrong products, we are responsible for the returning shipping fee and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. We will provide the return label, which is an electronic version. You need to print and stick it on the outer package for the return.
2. If the return is for customers' personal reasons (Except Customized Items), we accept no reason returns within 7 working days after receiving the items, while the buyer is responsible for the returning shipping feed based on the express company you choose, and no return label is provided.
3. Pre-order items can be canceled before shipment, and a full refund will be issued.

How to Returns & Refund
1. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please kindly provide your order information & proof of pictures/videos of defective products.
2. Our customer service will process your return request within 2 business days. Please wait with patience.
3. If your return request is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send the package. After sending the package out, please kindly inform us of the tracking number.
4. After receiving the package, we will check the goods and information within 3 business days.
5. Once the check is passed, the refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method or the exchange items will be sent to you soon. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 5-7 business days to process and mail the refund.
Note: All the products we ship are brand-new products. The product returned will be strictly inspected, and products with traces of use will be sent back to the factory for reprocessing.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
