We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unassembled or unused, and in its original packaging. And the logistics label on the outer box is also needed.
If the product is defective, damaged, or sent the wrong product, we will immediately initiate the reshipment or refund process for you.
